Thierry Tixier started in the profession of baker with a pre-apprenticeship at the age of 14 years old. He opened his own shop at 22 years old. Then he worked for many French retailers by developing the bakery, pastry, and snacking departments at national and international level.

 

The last bakery managed by Thierry TIXIER now generate an annual turnover ranging from $120,000  to more than $3 million.

 

Thierry TIXIER analyzed and then reorganized several dozen bakeries in Europe and Internationally with productivity gains ranging from 30-35% over a period of 6-12 months.

 

Thierry TIXIER has managed teams of more than 35 employees and has trained more than 200 professionals: directors, department managers and even laymen.
